BEFORE YOU REQUEST PARTS
What to include in a front-end assembly request
A complete front end is not a universal packing list. Two assemblies for the same model can differ in the components supplied. Use this checklist to make the quote specific to your repair.
1. Identify the vehicle and configuration
Send the 17-character VIN, model year, model, body style and trim. Include the production date and lighting or driver-assistance options if you know them. A chassis code narrows the search, but does not by itself prove interchangeability.
For modified vehicles, describe any conversion or previous replacement work. Photos and a model badge alone are not enough to confirm fitment.
2. Check the standard package and request any extras
Our standard front-end assemblies are brand new. They include:
- Bumper cover and grille, where applicable.
- All sensors on the supplied front-end assembly and their wiring harness.
- All cooling components, including radiators and radiator fan.
- Radiator and cooling-component supports.
Hood, fenders and headlights are not included in the standard package. Select these optional parts on the request form if you want them quoted separately. Existing listings that explicitly name bundle additions are confirmed as a bundle in your written quote.
Tell us about any other components your repair needs. We check the exact sensor and cooling configuration against your VIN. Installation, painting, coding and calibration are not included unless expressly quoted.
3. Attach useful photos
Include a clear front view, both front corners, close-ups of the areas needing replacement and any readable labels on the existing parts. Do not include payment details or unrelated personal documents. The request form explains how submitted photos are handled.
Studio or digitally prepared listing images illustrate configurations; they do not establish exact dimensions, condition or the unit you will receive.
4. State condition and delivery requirements
Tell us whether you need a particular condition, material or finish. Include your delivery ZIP code, residential or commercial delivery location and any unloading limitations. The quote confirms available condition, freight requirements and destination charges.
Availability, preparation, ship-by dates and transit estimates are confirmed separately for the order. Read our Shipping & Fulfillment policy for the full process.
5. Check the written quote before payment
Review the exact included and excluded parts, fitment review, condition, origin, total charges, ship-by date and applicable terms. Sending a request is not a purchase. Your order follows the written quote and agreement, not assumptions based on a photo.
