Ordinary cancellations and change-of-mind returns
For standard inventory, special orders and built-to-order goods, change-of-mind returns and discretionary cancellations are generally not offered unless agreed in writing before payment. Ask first. An exception may depend on order stage, vendor commitments and resale potential. Obtain written return instructions before sending goods back.
Any agreed discretionary deduction must be lawful, disclosed and supported by reasonable, documented, nonrecoverable costs. There is no automatic restocking percentage here. Discretionary rules do not restrict legally required refunds, including qualifying shipment-delay cancellation.
Wrong, missing, damaged or defective goods
Contact us with your order number, issue and available photos of parts, identifiers, packaging and labels. We assess shortages, mismatch, material misdescription, transit damage and defects against the agreed order and applicable rights. Remedies may include missing components, replacement, repair, refund or an agreed resolution as appropriate under law. Seller error is not a change-of-mind return.
Report delivery issues preferably within 48 hours and concealed defects promptly after discovery. Delay can affect evidence or carrier recovery, but is not an automatic loss of statutory rights. Preserve relevant parts/packaging and avoid unsafe installation. Carrier denial does not itself decide your rights against us.
Incorrect VINs and modified parts
If goods match the quote but are unsuitable because of inaccurate customer vehicle information or undisclosed modifications, discretionary limits may apply. This differs from seller fitment error despite accurate information. Inspect/test-fit before paint, cutting, welding, programming or installation. Customer-caused changes can limit remedies for resulting damage, but do not automatically erase unrelated defect or mandatory rights.
Required refunds
FTC-required cancellation refunds cover unshipped goods and applicable associated charges without vendor, restocking, payment-processing or cancellation deductions. Special-order or built-to-order labels do not automatically exempt an order.
For covered FTC cancellations, the seller generally must act within seven working days for most payment methods (including third-party credit), or one billing cycle where the seller itself is the creditor. Refunds use the original method where possible, subject to the rule’s alternatives. Bank posting delays do not extend our deadline. Other refunds follow the written resolution and applicable deadlines; required monetary refunds are not replaced with store credit without agreement.
Costs, disputes and earlier orders
Return freight and corrective costs depend on the cause, agreement and law. Labor, paint, diagnostics, coding, calibration, towing and storage are not automatically reimbursed; required remedies are preserved.
You may contact us while exercising payment-provider or legal remedies. Withdrawal of a dispute is not required for a legally required refund. Records may be provided to resolve claims; duplicate recovery is not permitted. These policies apply to new agreements incorporating this version and do not retroactively rewrite existing orders.
