How NordSpecAuto handles information submitted through nordspecauto.com.
When you submit a part request, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, VIN, street address, ZIP code, requested part and any notes you provide. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type and request logs.
We use this information to respond to requests, verify vehicle fitment, source and quote parts, arrange orders and delivery, provide customer support, prevent misuse, keep transaction records and meet legal, tax or payment-dispute obligations. NordSpecAuto does not sell customer information.
Part requests are stored in the website's secured business database and are available through the restricted NordSpecAuto administration area. Request details may also be transmitted through our email-delivery provider so NordSpecAuto can respond. Hosting, email, payment, shipping and professional service providers receive information only as needed to perform their services or comply with law.
Inquiry and transaction information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, support an order, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes and satisfy legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or securely disposed of.
